Deploy CARTO inside Snowflake
Restricted data access, locked-down networks and strict security reviews keep spatial analytics out of reach. Run CARTO inside your Snowflake account, so nothing leaves.
No separate infrastructure to deploy or maintain
CARTO runs inside Snowflake.
Inherited governance and security by design
Your Snowflake roles, policies, and controls apply to CARTO, and your data never leaves your account.
Shorten procurement
Put committed Snowflake spend toward CARTO with Marketplace Capacity Drawdown.
Spatial analytics where your Snowflake data already lives
Maps and workflows on your governed data
Snowflake users can easily access CARTO's spatial analytics capabilities directly within the Snowflake environment, including geospatial visualization and analysis.

No. Your data is never consumed outside your Snowflake account. The app does connect to a small set of CARTO-hosted resources, which your admin allows through Snowflake network integrations during setup.
A Snowflake Native App is an application that is distributed through Snowflake and runs inside the customer's own Snowflake account. With Snowpark Container Services, the CARTO platform runs as containers in your account, so the application sits next to your data, under your Snowflake security and governance.
