How do I remove the "Want to create maps like this?" banner from my maps?

Learn why your map has a banner on the bottom right side and how to remove it.

For some time, CARTO offered free accounts. Users who signed up for a free account back then can still use CARTO to create maps for their own personal use.

All maps created by users on a legacy free plan include a little banner on the bottom right side that helps us spread the word about CARTO.
