I'm Anand Singh, a product executive at CoreLogic, and our focus is particularly on location intelligence. It involves harnessing property and location data and combining it with geospatial capabilities to create valuable insights for various markets and industries.

Geospatial Use Cases

We have two major geospatial use cases at CoreLogic:

• Firstly, we have a growth product that identifies construction activity. This helps us pinpoint where growth is happening currently and where it will occur in the future. We track property data related to land acquisition, subdivision, road construction, building permits, and combine it with geospatial techniques.
• Secondly, we have a climate risk analytics tool that utilizes climate risk data to assess financial risk for every building in the United States. We apply predictions from the International Panel for Climate Change to property-level information.

Modernizing Geospatial Analysis

We've recently modernized our entire data supply chain, moving everything to the cloud. We share similar principles to CARTO, focusing on being cloud-native and cloud-first in how we operate our data supply chain and data pipeline.
